Hello all, Alex Here.
It is with unfortunate news that I upon getting up today, I made my phone calls to make sure everything was good to go, and Boise Parks and Rec alerted me that my permit for the event was received, but not processed. Due to this, I am unable to have the event at the park tommorow August 3rd. But, with a negative there is a positive, at the last moment we had tons of interest and people wanting to sign up. I had only ordered 30 player packs, but with the event being postponed, I can order more and accommodate more players.
The new event date will be Saturday, August 31st. The times will remain the same, and I will update on DGS with a more accurate schedule for everyone. It will remain at Ann Morrison.
Everyone has a few options from here, feel free to respond to this email, or respond via DGS.
If you cannot make the new date, And would like a refund, let me know and/or request a refund via DGS.
If you cannot make the new date, but would like to still get the players pack, let me know and Ill get it to you.
New date is all good to go for you, let me know.
I will probably host one more Trilogy Challenge before October, so be on the lookout for that as well.
