Many of you have seen the flooding that has hit Ruidoso again. I have made inquiries with the PDGA to coordinate a fundraising effort to help the village recover...again. They moved mountains to put on a great tournament and I think we can help.

Ted Moens To the organizers and hosts: thank you very very much for the fine effort in getting the everything prepared for the event. The fact that the caddie books are very well prepared, the couses are flagged and roped and signed so early is fantastic. Again, THANKS! May 4
Jim Hansen Let’s make MA60 the same as the MP70 modified layout. May 3

Sheila Kirkham May 2 Altitude sickness is no joke. Hydration is key as well as exertion level. Keep it slow while adjusting. Also, your skin will dry out, eyes if you're a contact lens wearer bring extra drops
Daryl Huschka May 5 Drink pickle juice it works great
Loren Price There is a note that the Group E, Friday round at Grindstone Shorts has a modified longer layout for MP70. How modified and where? May 2
show 1 earlier comment
Loren Price May 3 Thanks Harvey.
Kirk Wooldridge May 5 Is that the same for all group e? That would be cool.
Harvey Brandt May 5 I don't believe it is for any other division at this time. MP70 pushed heavily for our age group.
Rob Stark Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the entire team putting this event on! I don't know everything that has to happen, but wanted you all to know it's appreciated very much. May 1
Marshall “Bud” Felker May 2 I second the king in the north - appreciate all the hard work by Everett and team
Ben Van Dusen May 5 Yes! Huge shout-out to everyone making this happen. It can be a thankless task. I'm very exciting to come and play the event!
keith johnson Maybe a stupid question but the schedule says Oso Blanco shorts and the tee signs in the caddy book only list one tee.
What am I missing?
May 1
show 1 earlier comment
Steve Ganz May 1 We play hole 6 from short tee too (the long tee is not illustrated in the caddie guide).
keith johnson May 1 Thanks Steve! I guess i should have looked past the first few signs, but expected if there were short pads as a layout it would be more than a few holes.
Steve Ganz May 1 I forgot I was playing the shorts and practiced the longs on my first go round so I’m back today to see what I missed.
Mike Michalak What is the order of tee off for the various divisions in each group? Is the order the groups are listed on the course schedule the same order of tee off within those groups?? May 1
show 4 earlier comments
Kirk Wooldridge May 5 When and where do they announce the specific tee times?
Andrew Sweeton May 5 The specific tee times will go up the afternoon prior on the PDGA Event page: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/88641
Kirk Wooldridge May 5 Thanks! I was thinking that was the page but it's hard to plan for my ball golf t-time. I guess they are the same range for your division each day which is different than worlds.
