A second e-mail was just sent out to all registered players. Here is that information:
Hello all 2024 LVC presented by Innova Players!

2) Registration Closes – Sunday, May 5th, at 5 PM PST.
3) Pool Assignments – Have been finalized. All female divisions have been moved to the B Pool. The MA50 & MA60 divisions have moved to the D Pool. Course order and division teeing order can be found at
https://www.lvcdg.com/24-teeing-order/ .
4) Time Times – Still anticipated to be posted Sunday evening, May 5th, by 5 PM PST.
5) Pre-Event Practice Play - Wildhorse will be very busy with ball golf play BEFORE May 6th. DO NOT expect to just show up prior May 6th and be able to play disc golf. Wildhorse has added a May the Fourth be with You event on May 4th. Please call their Pro Shop up to three days in advance to reserve LIMITED disc golf tee times for play BEFORE 5/6 or up to 2 weeks for the May 4th special event. (Call 702-434-9000, ext. 1.) Additionally, the LVC layout will NOT be set-up until very late Monday, May 6th. We cannot set-up the courses until starting around Noon on Sunday, May 5th. Please be patient as an army of volunteers prep the courses.
6) LVC Practice Play - Available to play for FREE to LVC registered players only STARTING at 1 PM on May 5th (Sunday)...yes, three and a half practice days! You do NOT need to (and CANNOT) reserve a tee time for practice play after Friday, May 3rd. Rounds and play are open to ONLY LVC FULLY REGISTERED PLAYERS. Golf Carts are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Only two people allowed per cart, and the reservation is likely only good for four (4) hours. An ID will be required to rent a golf cart, and a “Rules Sheet” will likely need to be signed by the driver. All courses are available for practice starting at 1 PM on Sunday. Practice days are NOT course specific for certain divisions…it is open practice for all divisions on all courses. (See “Schedule” posted at
www.lvcdg.com.)
7) Facility Access & Badge Requirements – Starting Sunday, May 5th, all individuals MUST be badged to access Wildhorse (after you check-in, of course). So your first order of business is to check-in either in the banquet room (players, caddies, media, sponsors, & volunteers) or via the spectator tent in the round-about.
