Greetings, All!
We filled up the event! Jazzed to see the stoke and support for the return of the Discraft Ace Race.
Tomorrow's Schedule:
8:00am-9:00am - Player check-in and final players pack pickups @ the Creekside Pavillion.
9:00 am - Brief players meeting to address any questions!
9:15 am - Shotgun start - Pick your own cards - Up to 5 Players per card!
Play Round 1!
Following Play for Rd. 1 - Turn in your scorecards to the TD for Round 1!
Once the last card comes in, we will take a brief (<1hr) break for folks to get refreshed, grab a bite, use the restrooms, etc.
I'm assuming Round 1 will take between 2 and 3 hours, but it could be quicker.
Round 2 - Same Cards as Round 1 - will begin at the time announced onn DGscene after round 1 and also emailed to you as an update.
Play round 2!
Turn in scorecards and we will calculate the winner - and present the Trophy (Superfoil Ace Race Champion disc!)
Caddy Book:
There are NO MANDOS to worry about - I have set holes up to have natural mandos / protection that forces creative shots:)
The RED PADS marked in the caddy book are the traditional Creekside Pads and are just there to provide you reference to find the Ace Race pads.
The Ace Race Pads are ALL Flagged and painted with PINK FLAGS.
CTPs:
CTPs will be in play for BOTH ROUNDS - do NOT move them after round 1.
If you did not opt in for CTP's, you are eligible for EVERY CTP except for hole 15 - which is a $50 gift card to ARSLC.
If you did NOT opt in for CTP's, you may do so tomorrow @ check in.
CTP Prizes will be available immediately following round 2.
ACE POT:
The Ace Pot is at $310 dollars for this event!
If you did NOT opt in for the ace pot, you may do so tomorrow @ check in.
The Ace Pot can be paid out via PayPal / Venmo / or Cash
Thanks so much, and we will see you tomorrow!
