Good Morning all.
Just touching base really quickly following an amazing weekend of Disc Golf.
As mentioned previously some items pre ordered were not available to reach us in time or quality was not up to standard.
We will send this message via DG Scene also.
Payouts and Refunds will be processed via DG Scene and your Paypals over the coming 7 days.
We will deal with refunds first so please ensure your details within DG Scene are correct so we can apply using the system.
Payouts will commence with MPO/FPO/MP40/FP40/MP50
Please note these could take up to 7 to 14 days.
Once complete we will send notifications through the systems and anyone who has not received payouts or refunds on or before December 1st please drop us a message so we can review at that time.

Dear Registered Amateur Player,
Thank you for registering for the Aussie Open here in Mundaring! We are thrilled to be hosting this event again and look forward to a fantastic couple of weeks of disc golf in Perth.

Our team has been busy organizing both work on the WFDF 2024 World Team Disc Golf Championship and the Aussie Open, which has affected our promotional efforts for the Amateur division of the Aussie Open. One of the key aspects we were excited to announce was the impressive player package we had planned.

Due to a lower-than-expected registration count, we have not been able to meet the minimum order quantities for some of the custom items we had prepared for you. Our original package was set to exceed $500 in retail value.
Given this situation, we have decided to adjust two of our key player pack items. While this results in a reduced player package, the value still remains around $150-$200. As a result, we are reducing the entry fee for AM1 and AM2 divisions to $100. All registered amateur players will receive a refund reflecting this new entry cost.

We hope that this revised pricing will attract more local players to join and strengthen the Amateur divisions. Additionally, as we are nearing the event, we are excited to share an image of the custom Polo event jersey, which will only be available through pre-purchase.

Just a quick note on this. Stage 1 and 2 tier registration is open already.
We have about 25 registrations from Internationals thus far which is a great result.
Aussie Open 2017 was the previous largest International Contingent for an Australian event at 32 from memory and with a lot of WTDGC players from other countries still to register we should have a well attended event.
Currently we have around 110 early entry code requests from Australian and New Zealand player base so if you are looking to register please do so early to avoid the FOMO.
Amazingly we have the option for the two courses so cap is quite high over 300 so opportunity is higher for attendance but who knows how many Internationals will start registrations once we open up to all and numbers start to rise.
If we have less than 160 total registrations we may limit to one course per day for all divisions, if numbers go higher then pools will be split across the two courses with different divisions on alternate courses.
