Dear Registered Amateur Player,
Thank you for registering for the Aussie Open here in Mundaring! We are thrilled to be hosting this event again and look forward to a fantastic couple of weeks of disc golf in Perth.
Our team has been busy organizing both work on the WFDF 2024 World Team Disc Golf Championship and the Aussie Open, which has affected our promotional efforts for the Amateur division of the Aussie Open. One of the key aspects we were excited to announce was the impressive player package we had planned.
Due to a lower-than-expected registration count, we have not been able to meet the minimum order quantities for some of the custom items we had prepared for you. Our original package was set to exceed $500 in retail value.
Given this situation, we have decided to adjust two of our key player pack items. While this results in a reduced player package, the value still remains around $150-$200. As a result, we are reducing the entry fee for AM1 and AM2 divisions to $100. All registered amateur players will receive a refund reflecting this new entry cost.
We hope that this revised pricing will attract more local players to join and strengthen the Amateur divisions. Additionally, as we are nearing the event, we are excited to share an image of the custom Polo event jersey, which will only be available through pre-purchase.
