Hello everyone,

Please see the attached document which will be considered your virtual player meeting with all info regarding this event. I have also included a map, please print one if you need one to find your hole or navigate the course. I will have paper scorecards as backups or in case of technological issue but I am asking you to use pdga live scoring with the access code being the date of the event 520. it truly speeds up the turnaround between rounds as well as to get to the awards quicker and get everyone on the road.

If you start on some of the upper holes (8-11 and 16 or 17) please feel free to park in the upper lot because the lower lot and driveway will fill up. We are not allowed to park along the highway at all!

Very important . . . if you are running late please text me at 262 894 3404 so I know your intent to play DONT FORGET TO TELL ME WHO IT IS IN THE TEXT. If I haven't heard from you by 8:45 AM I will be sending waitlist players to your starting tee to replace you if you don't show up by the 9:00 tee-time.

If you are still on the waitlist: Casey Lange, Aaron Delair, Danny Beauchamp, Nicholas Roberton, Anders Lind . . . I will handle you in order if anyone drops prior to tomorrow morning or if there are no shows. If you are still willing to come to the course in hopes of a NO-SHOW please be there no later than 8:30 AM and if I haven't received notification from the missing players I will send you to their starting holes and if they do not show by the 9:00 AM teetime you can take their spot.

If anyone has a chance to simply reply to this email I'd appreciate it. I have had issues sending these emails out before and want to make sure everyone gets the info they need.

Saturday Teepads:

MPO, FPO, MP40+, and MA1 play Long Tees Both Rounds.
MP50+, MP60+, MA40+, MA50+, and MA60+ play First Round Long and Second Round Short tees.

All pins will be in the long positions except Hole #5 is the right pin position at the edge of the woods near the trail which is a virtually straight throw. Hole #6 will also be short left because the elevated long sleeve is damaged. Everything else will be Long.
