About this tournament

Divisions must have at least 3 minimum to compete for trophies and WI Tour Black Discs. If there are less than 3 signed up in any division before the event, I will reach out with your options: Switch to a different division or Remain in the same division (no trophy or black disc but Added Cash will remain based on number of pro players)
Refund policy
Updated Refund Policy:
You will receive:
100% of your ENTRY FEE (minus online fees) AND any Add-On costs (T-shirt) if you withdraw prior to April 21st (or 22nd for Sunday players). Sponsorships will not be refunded as decisions of where that money is spent have already been made.
100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY (minus online fees) if you withdraw between April 22nd and May 6th (April 23rd and May 7th for Sunday players) ONLY if your spot is filled by another registrant or someone on the waitlist. If your spot is not filled by another player you will still be eligible to receive your player pack (shipping not included). All Add-ons can be claimed with your player package. Any sponsorship will also not be refunded as I make event decisions based on sponsorship well in advance
No refund will be give to anyone withdrawing after May 7th (May 8th for Sunday players) unless your spot is claimed by someone on the wait-list. If that spot is claimed you will receive 100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY (minus online fees). Add-ons will not be refunded after this deadline. If your spot is not claimed the Add-ons can be claimed with your player package at the tournament or at my store. Any sponsorship will also not be refunded as I make event decisions based on sponsorship well in advance.
Anyone requesting to withdraw inside of 48 hours (May 18th for Saturday players (May 19th for Sunday players) prior to the event will forfeit their player package and not receive a refund.
If you register for the wait-list, you will be automatically added to the registration list and alerted via email through Disc Golf Scene when a spot opens up. Anyone on the waitlist that gets a spot will be expected to be at the event unless they alert the TD prior to being moved from the waitlist to the registration list that they are unable to attend. If you need a specific amount of notice to be able to make arrangements, you must alert the TD to that deadline in advance otherwise it is assumed you will be at the event if given a spot. Anyone on the waitlist that does not get into the event will be issued a full refund (minus online fees).
