Emails will go out tomorrow with all the juicy deets. I got to get my email working. It’s probably me. For now, here is the deets to get ya started.
Hey everyone. This is my 2nd NADGT TD experience, and I hope to bring you all the level of playing experience that you get at all my Adrenaline Heaven tournaments. We are very excited to see the demand for this tournament and now we are nearing 200 competitors. We are at a loss of words and thank you all for your support.
Let us get right to the details of the weekend. We know that is what matters to you all!
Schedule
It is posted on the event registration page, DiscGolfScene. Tee assignments are posted in the event bio in bold. We will have all three courses going at once, both days. Saturday is two rounds of shotgun start. Sunday will be tee times for all pools. Dave, some stand up volunteers, and I will send you off on hole 1, at your starting time, on Sunday.
Layouts
Ed is in “IDGC Super” and Warner is in the “Jim Warner” layout. Jackson is Jackson so everyone knows what to expect there. There are several changes to the courses since last year. There are more short tees on Warner. I played it for the first time (since the changes) yesterday and it was a lot of fun and will speed up play. Per IDGC staff, Warner short tees plays just a little bit longer than Ed shorts. Jackson has 3 new short pin positions. B and C pool will play those on Saturday. Sunday, we are giving A pool the long pins as IDGC will change them after completion of round 2.
Practice and early check in
Friday your practice round is covered with your green fees. You can check in at the pro shop. They can verify you are registered so your daily green fees are waived. Dave and I will be at IDGC, all day Friday, and early check in is from 2pm-5pm. I will digitally check you in through Tournament Manager if you are playing either of the flex events on Friday. We will not begin check in for your payer packs until 2p-5p. No exceptions. We want to provide those competing in the flex events the playing experience they deserve so thank you for understanding. Go get your practice in and check in early. It will be a big help for those that can check in early. Thanks
Postproduction Coverage
Ace Run Pro will be filming FA1 and MA1 final 18. FA1, I will do my best to not send you out super early on Sunday. Please understand that with your postproduction coverage, I do need to make sure that Ace Run Pro has time to get in and change batteries and prepare for MA1 lead card. MA1, I may need to hold you later for a starting time. I do not foresee this to be an issue but …we all know variable of change can happen so please be prepared, just in case.
Here is some links to Ace Run Pro to check them out. Felix and Conrad are doing great things. They will have some of their merch setup over the weekend. Be sure to show your support.

Live Scoring
Official scoring will use PDGA LIVE scoring. Access code is: ______ (I’ll send it email and give it in the player meeting). Paper scorecards will be available inside the pro shop for those wanting paper as a backup. Please make sure you submit your scores after each round. It is the cards responsibility to make sure scorecards are submitted after completion of your round.
Course Rules
All course rules are in live scoring. If there is a discrepancy with a ruling, PLAY A PROVISIONAL AND WE WILL DISCUSS IT AFTER THE ROUND. Course rules are also attached to this email. There will likely be some casual water on the courses. We have had a lot of rain lately and more may find us over the weekend. Please know your casual water rules. Lunch
Lunch is provided for all competitors on Saturday. I have prepared Q-Dogs (hotdog topped with pulled pork), vegetarian/vegan hash (steel cut oats, quinoa, lentils) & rice, chips, and a drink. Kaleigh Powers and her crew will be serving it up under the pavilion. Make sure you see her after you complete round 1 to get fed.
CTP/Ace Pot
CTP and Ace Pot will be available at check in. It is $5 for both. CTP’s will be division specific (some combined) and on each course. That means there will be three CTP’s if you buy in; one for each course. I will have manilla envelopes at check in. You need to write your name down and put your $5 in the envelope for the extra you want to participate in. BRING $5 BILLS TO MAKE IT SIMPLE, PLEASE. I do not check the course for your CTP’s. This is an add-on and if I do not have the division CTP, there will be no prize. Please pick up CTP’s after each round, on your finishing hole.
There are sponsor CTP’s that are free. They are division specific, per the sponsor. They will be on Sunday’s round. More details will come for that before Sunday.
Course/Permit fees
Greens fees is $5 per player. IDGC will have water on the course. The inside restrooms are off limits (per IDGC staff). They are on a septic tank and cannot handle the “load” (see what I did there…) of players in the clubhouse bathrooms. Greens fees does not cover restrooms. We had to pay for those out of the “course/permit fees” from your registration. As we want to be transparent, I wanted you aware of what your money is paying for. There will be additional portable toilets on the property to accommodate everyone for this event, as well as on Jackson and Ed.
I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as some details have taken longer to finalize. Just know that your playing experience is always my utmost concerns. I want you to have fun and enjoy yourself; WE want you to enjoy yourself. That is what competitive disc golf is all about, having fun!
We will have more information at the players meeting but this should cover most of it for now. See everyone this weekend and good luck!
