We have added additional benefits to the Meet n Greet Elite VIP Badge. Just to avoid any confusion, the Elite VIP Badge is more than just a meet n greet. It includes a full VIP pass to the event, includes a free Bushnell/Ledgestone rangefinder, the meet n greet with several top pros and now also includes a tournament shirt and disc. If you purchased the VIP pass through your AM registration, you can request a refund for your VIP pass by editing your current AM registration using your confirmatio ... more

UPDATE: Caddy guides for all courses have been posted outside of Sunset Hills, Northwood Black and Eureka Temp. Those should be posted in early July. Currently the 2021 guides for those courses are on the site, and the caddy guides for 2022 will not be materially different as the courses have not changed (for the most part). Here are the links to all of the guides, scroll down to download the PDF for each course: https://ledgestoneopen.com/event/2022/course-schedule.aspx

At Camp Kearney are bridge surfaces IB? Also can a map of the course layout be added like in the other guides?

Nate Heinold   July 23, 2022 at 5:52pm

We are working on it Rob.

Rob Johnston   July 24, 2022 at 6:11pm

FYI we have updated the FAQ page with this new clarification about the AM side of the event:

What happens if I signup for an AM division and my rating moves up?

You will need to move up to that division. We will be using the July ratings update this year for Ledgestone and will be ignoring the August ratings update, since it is 2 days before the event. When the July ratings update happens, we will move affected MA4 players who have rated out of MA4 to MA3; we will move affected MA3 players ... more

No, there is not a set date.

Marvin Lindsay   July 26, 2022 at 3:27am

What if you signed up for a higher division and your rating is at a lower rating; and your rating never was in the division you signed up for?

Nate Heinold   July 26, 2022 at 11:06am

Marvin, that is not relevant.

Glad to see all comments regarding the slow payout process are being deleted. Great look for one of the sports biggest tournaments and a pdga leader.

I get it’s a massive undertaking but 2 weeks to get payout codes, a huge percentage cut for shipping that would be non existent if I were using my own money (even though I payed my own money to play the tournament and thus my payout), and now big delays on shipping.

This is starting to look more and more like an incompetent money grab t ... more

There is a lot of disinformation here: first of all, everyone had the ability to redeem their voucher in person at the event. The holdback that you are referencing covers shipping and handling fees. We are following the PDGA Competition Manual when we do that; if prizes were not redeemed in person, ... more

I merely wanted to know if others were experiencing a lack of shipping update after purchase. I’ve ordered things (not through Ledgestone shop) in the past that somehow never get scanned-in through USPS. and when that occurs it’s better to be proactive. I clearly don’t feel as stro ... more

I see many have received their payouts. At what point should I be concerned if I still haven’t received mine? Thanks

Please email [email redacted] if you have not received yours, all of them have been sent out.

Xiong Yang    August 29, 2022 at 6:07pm

Payouts came in today. I was tie for 15th place and got a gift card of 109$ while my buddy who tied for 117th place got a gift card for 215$. Not sure if this is a mistake but can someone look into this? I asked a another buddy who stayed for payout and was tied for 15th place, he said he got 239$.

It all depends on how many are in the division you played in. 1st place in a division of 200 people will get more payout than a 1st place finisher in a division of 80 people. (And so on down the line). It’s all a simple matter of how much money was collected from the entrants in a division.

Nate Heinold   August 30, 2022 at 4:19pm

Your payout was accurate. Comparing to people in a different division is apples to oranges. It depends on division size.

Disc Golf 50   September 6, 2022 at 9:01pm

WOW! Not sure how it all works with ties, but according to you placement. MA2 - 15th place gets $260 minus whatever percentage they were taking out for shipping adjustment.

Nate Heinold   August 30, 2022 at 4:19pm

They have all been sent.

I know you are getting a lot of comments, but we still have not received payout. I has been over 2 weeks now that Ledgestone has been over and we all keep getting told "next week." I know you are busy trying to fulfill orders, but this should have been first plan of attack because with our payouts there will be a lot of orders. Can we please all get an update that is true! We are all sick of hearing "next week" - not trying to be mean or anything we just want truthful answers ... more

They have been busy updating the inventory to make sure we have a good selection to choose from.

Brad Wylam   August 29, 2022 at 1:27pm

I’m sure they’ve been busy, but they have a responsibility to get it out in a reasonable time. For pro divisions, payout must be completed within 2 days of the event (there’s no corresponding rule for Ams unfortunately)

Kurt Stodola   August 29, 2022 at 2:34pm

I get that Devin, but I agree with Brad. Reasonable time would be great or just set the expectations. If it is going to be a month, tell us that. However, when you keep telling us this week it gets frustrating. I know everyone is just as excited as myself to get my payout so I can order some merchandise. LOL

I played the A tier as a pro (MP60) but still have not received my payout for 3rd place... i still have same email Paypal account and note that the Masters Worlds payout i received arrived within just a couple of days. Is there an issue with Pro payouts, or do i need to give this more time?
