This will serve as the players meeting for the event. There will not be an in-person players meeting. If you have any questions, please address these at the time of check-in.
Basic Information
The event is full; we will not be taking walk up registrations.
CHECK-IN IS FROM 8-9. Please see one of the staff at tourney central to check in and pick up your player’s pack. Please be sure to check in before 9.
If you need to pay for ace pool or 50/50, please do so during check-in.

Nick, the person who is currently responsible for all of those amazing posts on the Disc Baron social media pages, will be setup at hole 7/13 and will be grabbing some pictures and footage for the DB socials. Nick will be happy to snap a picture for you and tag your social media account. Stop by and say hi to Nick during your round and let him know your social handle.
Ace Pool - Due to the fact that we have a few divisions playing a different tee pad layout, we have divided the Ace Pool into 2 Goups; Ace Pool 1 (MPO, MA1, FA1, MA2, FA2, MA3, MA60 & MJ15) and Ace Pool 2 (MA60 & MJ10).
There will be an ace pool ctp for each pool. This is used in place of a throw off at the end of an event. If no one gets an ace for that pool, the ace pool money will be awarded to the person on that ctp (ace pool paid in only & will be paid via paypal ).
CTP/LP flags will be out for BOTH ROUNDS.
PLEASE BE SURE to bring in all Prize Flags after the 2nd round.
You MUST be present to collect your CTP/LP prize. We will not hold or ship these prizes.

Live Scoring & Hole Assignments
We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring. Your hole assignments for the 1st round are live and 2nd round will be listed in the Live Scoring system after lunch.
Hole assignments will also be available at tourney central.
We will have paper score cards on hand and we always recommend keeping a back up in case of any issues. Paper score cards do not need to be turned in unless there is an issue with the live scoring system.

Lunch
Bruce’s Badass BBQ will be on site Sunday - He will have is amazing smoked meats available for purchase
The official tee time for the 2nd round will be set once the last card has been finalized on live scoring. Lunch will last approx 45-60 minutes from the last card and will be round to the closest 15 min interval.
Payouts
Payouts will be provided using the standard PDGA payout scale.
MPO Payouts, 50/50 and Ace Pool will all be paid via PayPal.
Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons to Disc Baron online store
www.discbaron.com. Coupons will be distributed via email Monday morning. Payouts must be claimed online or in store. Winners will have until 12/6/22 to redeem their coupons. Coupons must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.
Raffle
Raffle “tickets" for a chance to win a Discraft Chainstar Lite, Paul McBeth 4x Claw Buzzz or several other amazing prizes will be available until the start of your 2nd round at tournament central.
For the raffle - Instead of using actual raffle tickets, we will be using a numbered list and a random number generator to determine the winner of the raffle prizes. The raffle “ticket” that you received as a part of your registration has already been allocated and anyone who purchases additional “tickets” will be added to this list.
You must be present to collect your raffle prize. We will not hold or ship prizes for people who leave before the raffle is held. (With the exception if you happen to be still on the course)
