2021 Freedom Fest Open

Non-Sanctioned Fundraiser to support U.S. Veterans and to build further awareness of Emporia's role in creating Veteran's Day. All proceeds benefit Emporia All Veterans Memorial, Scholarships for Dependents of Kansas Soldiers, care packages for deployed service members, and projects for Kansas National Guard service members through the Enlisted Association of Kansas.

Come play the Eric McCabe designed temporary Soden's Grove course! The course will have nine baskets and 18 tee pads - totaling 18 holes.

The course will be set up by 7 AM on Saturday morning.

Pick one of two times to play! Players may only sign up for one of the rounds to play. If players wish to play both time slots, they can only use day-of registration for the first time slot if space is available.

9 AM Round

8:00-8:30 AM: Check-In at the Shelter in Soden's Grove Park (located at 1000 S Commercial St, Emporia, KS 66801).
8:45 AM: Player Meeting @ Shelter at Soden's Grove Course.
9:00 AM: Round begins.
Awards will be available one hour after the round for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each division at the Dynamic Discs Retail Store ((12 Commercial Street).

Noon Round

Each player will receive a very special Freedom Fest Open disc! Trophy only for top finishers.

If you need to cancel for any event, it must be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under seven days from the tournament date will be refunded in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the day of the tournament, you will only receive the standard players' package for that event.
