We keep breaking records. Selling out at 200 people at a recreational charity event, lots of newcomers, and the most fun had ever! We were honored to have John Schiller, Randy Lahm, Bill Wright , Mark Pryor , Erikah Weir, Adam Strum, Dan Cole, Erik Drummond , Tom Newman, and Steven Ross, and Patrick Francis attend. Previous disc golf champions, local godfather of our sport, and growers of the sport!

Also a huge shout out to all the beginners, first timers, and whoever got to play the most disc golf. Jaime hitting an Ace on hole 7, for $278 bucks. He donated $100 back to the house. Congrats to John Schiller and Randy Lahm shooting a record -16 for Discs for Dogs at The Biergarten.

Can you remind me who else won the 2 Red feather bags. I forgot to write them down. I was on the lookout for the people that needed bags the most.

Jen K Douglas , Steven Rodriguez , Angie Dowdy , Forrest Orswell , are the best Fort Collins for disc golf volunteers ever! Adam Dembicki would have been proud. And a huge shout out to Kylie Lynn Kampbell and Rachel from @Pawsco!

I have some good news and bad news. The manager Greg had to go to the hospital Thursday night. He is going to be okay. However, he will not be there to sell beer. So there will be no alcohol. He was the only one approved to sell alcohol. There will be some food and soft drinks available for purchase. I'd have to still ask no outside food or drinks. The bathrooms should be open.

I was able to purchase 200 more discs from Discmania. They donated 200 more. So everyone tied for who has the most fun wins again for this event.

We still have 21 holes of fun! As always beginner and casual focused.

We will meet at the back patio, to do temperatures and make sure waivers are signed. Thank you for understanding. Thank you for growing the sport and supporting the puppies!

Public Announcement:
I'd like to keep this light and respectful. I was asked to notify the players to be mindful and respectful of the grounds crew at The Biergarten. Last week there were players practicing and we're trying to talk/yell at the mower crew.

They are on a tight schedule, they cannot hear you, they most likely will not see your disc. Please stay clear of the mowing crew. As always be kind and respectful to all staff, volunteers, and each other. We are grateful to be out there practicing, we don't want a bad decision or bad egg to ruin it for the rest of us.

I'm aware our group was not out there last week. However, we will ask you to leave if this issue arises in the future.

Also they are starting a lost and found box. You can come Sunday Friday and check with me. I'll be there from 4:30 to 5:00 tomorrow, Friday.

Following up on Discs for Dogs volunteers.

We could use a couple in the morning. A couple in the afternoon. And a couple for cleanup.

I have Kylie Lynn Kampbell , Angie Dowdy , Glenn Dowdy , Jen Jen K Douglas , and another pawsco volunteer.

Roughly 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

12:00 to 4:00 p.m.

4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

I have a 3:00 p.m. tee time. I was looking to sign up a couple people from 3 to 6:00 p.m. to take score cards.

There are 3 groups of two that will be playing without another group on their card, I thought about sending a volunteer out to make sure they don't cheat too bad. You could play for fun on their card. 11:10, 1:50, 2:50

I was planning on moving baskets today after the 303 open. We decided it is best to open practice Wednesday through Friday, due to the weather. I am currently working with them to finalize our waiver and players email I hopefully should be sending out tomorrow. Latest Wednesday morning. The course will mainly be in the Discs for Dogs lay out, Wed morning. I will be putting the three extra baskets out Friday morning.
