On North/blue/original course hole #9, i left behind an orange XL with a tiger dye, on left side bushes. Safe return would be greatly appreciated.

So will the teepads be cleared off by the start of the tournament tomorrow? There’s a half an inch of dirt/mud covering a couple of the long teepads on the north course

the pads were ok this afternoon when i was out. there are also brooms at most holes.

Sean Morgan   July 6, 2019 at 2:13am

Chris, Brendan's referring to the long pads. The shorts are great, but some of the longs are in really rough shape.

Randy "Shide-Arm" Shideler   July 7, 2019 at 4:25pm

That’s a sign that they should not be used. Just sayin’.

TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT: Sadly we were unable to get the Green Course (South) short tee pads cemented in time. As a short term solution, we have added the same Tee Pads that are on the Toboggan to holes 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11. Pictures are added to the Pictures tab above or: https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/2019_Great_Lakes_Open_presented_by_DISCRAFT/pictures
We did not do the short Tee Pad on hole 14 since the frames are already up. Therefore, everyone will be playing the long Tee Pad on ... more

Thanks so much for pushing them. I hope they get it together by next year!

John Minicuci   July 4, 2019 at 10:40am

Next year? I am pushing for "By August, 2019"!!! LOL

Tad Reiner    July 2, 2019 at 8:34pm

For practice purposes, we are playing all of the shorts on the south course - concrete or not, correct?

Michael Smith    June 30, 2019 at 10:04pm

I noticed some of the short pads on the south course aren't in yet, but you can see where they will be going. When MA2 plays shorts on that course, will they throw from where the unfinished short pads are, or will they throw longs on any holes without concrete short pads?

We will be discussing this in the very near future and provide an update soon.

Michael Smith   July 1, 2019 at 12:17am

Awesome thanks. As long as the layout is on the scorecard or announced at the players meeting I will be happy.

Wes Steer    June 29, 2019 at 2:40pm

Will the awards be at Black Locust too or is that still at Toboggan? Is there a separate entry fee for Toboggan?

John Minicuci   June 29, 2019 at 2:51pm

Awards will be at Toboggan. There is no extra cost to get into the Toboggan.

Curtis R    June 29, 2019 at 2:27am

Could I please be moved from MA3 to MA2? My rating has gone up and I am no longer eligible for MA3. Thank you! - Curtis Rose
