TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT: Sadly we were unable to get the Green Course (South) short tee pads cemented in time. As a short term solution, we have added the same Tee Pads that are on the Toboggan to holes 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11. Pictures are added to the Pictures tab above or:

We did not do the short Tee Pad on hole 14 since the frames are already up. Therefore, everyone will be playing the long Tee Pad on 14 (360'). This temporary solution will remain as is until the cement Tee Pads are poured. The Kensington Metropark knows this is a priority as it was last year. Due to the extensive rainy season we had to finish Spring off with this year (which held all city municipal buildngs, schools, and other parks, as well as most homeowners unable to cut their own grass at bay) and other unforseen issues, completing this project just became too much.
For the 2019 Discraft Great Lakes Open, these temporary tee pads will be used by the divisions playing the short Tee Pads. Usually, I would tell people who do not like the temporary pads to tee off behind them. Now that I have seen some of the tee off areas, some have absolutely zero room behind them. For those holes, we will provide room just to their side. If anything changes, we will post that information here.
