Good question. No answer yet?

Jacob Stahl   August 24, 2017 at 3:18pm

Per PDGA, for those who requested check, those have been mailed. PayPal will be issued tomorrow morning.

The players with fewer strokes seemed to be treated more generously.

Friends of Al Haaksma and Mike Raley. Tomorrow (Wed) at 3.30pm at the Knickerbocker-New Holland Brewery (417 Bridge St NW, Grand Rapids 49504) I will be interviewing Al and Mike for their induction presentation into the Michigan Disc Golf Hall of Fame. Does anyone know of any caddie services available for this week?

Rick Marritt   August 12, 2017 at 7:35pm

One way is to go to the local course pages and request there. The other way is to go to Facebook pages for any of the local clubs and/or various disc golf related pages.

Tony Vidal   August 12, 2017 at 10:23pm

You're king Stony someone will caddy

How cart friendly is Blue Gill?

Agreed.

mark ellis   August 12, 2017 at 11:06am

Blue Gill is tough for carts but not unworkable. Severe up and downhills. And the stairs are very long and sharply downhill. On the other side there are 3 risky pond shots where you may well lose a disc forever, so carrying extra plastic is advantageous and most carts carry more than most bags.

Marc LaFleur   August 12, 2017 at 12:11pm

Agreed, also when teeing off on 16 walk your car on the path to the left and leave it at the top of the hill. Bringing a card up 17 can be quite the challenge.

Are spectators allowed at Black Falcon on Tuesday? Would a parking/entrance fee be enforced because it is a private course?

Spotters at the falcon should get a medal!

Niel Stoppa II    August 11, 2017 at 3:43am

The tournament committee would like to ask all players planning on practicing at BlueGill DGC to bring only one other person with them when going to the course. Only registered Masters Worlds tournament players are allowed to practice. Please respect the rules at our private courses. All persons entering will be checked in and verified.

I love the schedule change. Same course twice on the same day is cool . No semis is good also. After 6 1/2 rounds I think a final 9 is,plenty of golf

Due to the recent schedule changes we will be sending out an email to all volunteers. We are just trying to finalize some details before sending out the email.

Thank You. I will try it on Friday.

Scott Adkins   August 11, 2017 at 10:06pm

Mark has graciously brought in porta potties. Thank you Mark!

Marc LaFleur   August 12, 2017 at 12:21pm

The worlds committee was responsible for that. So a big thanks to them

Randy "Shide-Arm" Shideler    August 6, 2017 at 4:06pm

FYI for those of you traveling westward down I-96. On my way home from Novi Friday night, there were orange barrels along the right side of the road on I-96 west, starting around the Lowell exit. I'll have to look up on the MDOT website to see exactly when & how long construction will be going on. That is all. Have a nice day.

It appears from the revised course schedule 2.2 (draft) published Aug 2nd that no women attending the event will be playing a semi-final round. Is this correct?

Pam(ouflage) Reineke    August 4, 2017 at 8:13pm

Is it listed anywhere what tee boxes will be played. I have searched hard, I must be missing it.

Randy "Shide-Arm" Shideler   August 4, 2017 at 11:08pm

To the best of my knowledge, the only courses that have multiple teepads are Fallasburg (every hole has cemented shorts) & Brewer (a few of the longer holes have cement shorts). Riverside & BlueGill do not have short tees. Don't know about Black Falcon. I realize that does not entirely answer your question, but hopefully it helps.
