Is there a specific reason that FPO is teeing off in between the 2nd to last and last MA1 card?

Jon Smith    November 4, 2022 at 12:41am

Where is a good place to warm up at near the parks?

Steven Waites   November 4, 2022 at 12:52am

There are many city parks in the area. The nearest disc golf courses are Woodmere and USI. We will have a practice basket or 2 at each starting area.

Kevin Fodrey    November 4, 2022 at 12:41am

Do we have projected payouts yet?

Steven Waites   November 4, 2022 at 12:51am

Yes, but we will post them Saturday morning at the starter table once all the drops are done.

Chad Loegering    November 3, 2022 at 10:53pm

Is there a warmup area anywhere?

Jon Smith   November 4, 2022 at 12:40am

Wondering the same.

We do have a practice net that will be near the parking lot if that is someone’s thing but space limited on use of course.

Hey Steven - I withdrew from the tournament 30+ days ago and was issued a refund. Didn't realize I was still on the list of competitors, just wanted to point that out!

Can players outside of the tournament register for the glow round? Also how will glow round sign ups occur? All in person at a stand somewhere during the carving or following day?

Steven Waites   November 3, 2022 at 2:26pm

Glow round sign ups are being done by Sunday Crew at the carving they will have a place in the shelter house or near it.

James Jacobs    November 2, 2022 at 10:38pm

Jacquelyn Rieser    November 1, 2022 at 2:01pm

What side of Evansville is this park? I'm looking for good accommodations and I've never been down there. Any help would be appreciated.

Jon Kennard   November 1, 2022 at 2:17pm

West side of Evansville. Any of the hotels on the Westside/downtown would be about the same distance.

Jon Kennard   November 1, 2022 at 2:19pm

If you look up Mesker Zoo it's the next parking lot past the Zoo.

Jacquelyn Rieser   November 1, 2022 at 3:55pm

Thank you!! So downtown is ok too!

Playing in MA 4 and normally caddy for an MPO Player do you think this will be feasible to do both?

Steven Waites   November 1, 2022 at 3:50pm

I know last MA4 will be on the course by 9:30 and MPO won't tee til 11 so its possible

Jon Smith    October 31, 2022 at 2:44pm

Is there anyway Chaz Wilson (pdga# 202753) and I (pdga# 158307) get put on the same card for the first round, or somewhat close?

We have a 2 hour drive so it would help us out greatly.

With this being an A-tier will there be an evaluation of divisions to ensure everyone based on rating is in the correct division?

Steven Waites   October 28, 2022 at 5:38am

Yes, players are notified and will be moved.

Thomas Brockhoff    October 27, 2022 at 1:41pm

Why did I only get a 50 percent refund. signed up and dropped out the same day and it was two weeks before the tournament. Please refund me

REFUND POLICY
Ace Eagle Disc Golf refund policy. Refunds after Oct. 2nd will follow sect. 4 of the policy. If nobody is in the waitlist you will be refund 50%, unless that spot is filled then we will refund the full amount minus $10 handling fee.

Kyle Henderlong   October 27, 2022 at 2:03pm

that’s in the about section

Steven Waites   October 27, 2022 at 2:05pm

Hi Thomas, our refund policy is posted and follows PDGA standards. We have post to the policy on the website. Before you request a refund the policy is shared again. We will provide a full refund once the spot has been filled.

Kyle Henderlong    October 24, 2022 at 7:28pm

In the about section is says pool
b will play short tees, and it also says ma3 and down are playing short tees. But ma2 is in pool b. So does ma2 play short tees or not?

Steven Waites   October 24, 2022 at 7:44pm

Yes all of pool B including ma2, however (and I will update the about section) All pool B will play the long tee on Mesker Park hole 5 as a Par 4. This will be the starting hole for the tee times.

Lucas Bartnick   October 25, 2022 at 1:08am

You mean hole 6?

Steven Waites   October 25, 2022 at 1:25pm

No, Mesker Hole 5 long tee is at the parking lot. Everyone will play the long tee so that we don't have people starting or standing around while players try to throw 4 and 6.
