This is the 18th Annual Pumpkin Shootout hosted by the Ace Eagle Disc Golf Club.

We are so excited to be hosting this event as an A-tier this year, and even more excited that we will be able to continue almost everything that the Pumpkin Shootout is know for.

Friday Afternoon we will carve Pumpkins at the Mesker Park Shelter House. we will have food for our carvers, a pumpkin carving contest, and more. This will start before the final cards finish and carry into the night.

Saturday night we will have the Sunday Crew Glow Round at Mesker Park, this PSO tradition fills quick so be sure to register

For Sunday we encourage all players to come back to Mesker Woods to follow the MPO and FPO leaders as they battle for their final round.

This event will have coverage of MPO featured and lead cards by Sky Hyzer Productions.

Format, Pools and Course schedule: (Start time subject to change based on numbers, no earlier then 7:30am no later then 1:30pm)

1 round of 18 per day, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Pool A- 150 player max
Pool B- 150 player max
Pool B will be all divisions playing the short tees (besides hole 5 Mesker Park). Short tees will be in play at both courses.
Friday-
Pool A Mesker Woods (Starting on hole 1)
Pool B Mesker Park (Starting on hole 5 long tee)

Saturday-
Pool A Mesker Woods (Starting on hole 1)
Pool B Mesker Park (Starting on hole 5 long tee)

Sunday-
Pool A Mesker Park (Starting on hole 5 long tee)
Pool B Mesker Woods (Starting on hole 1)

Volunteers we will need you all three days for the full player pack. 1 hour before first tee.


Cash Bonuses:

Hole 7 at Mesker Park will have a Pumpkin on it Saturday for Pool B and Sunday for Pool A. Its only been hit twice in the last 18 years, with last year being the last. We have $100 for any player(s) to hit the Pumpkin. If no one hits it the money will carry over to next year.
Hole 12 in the Woods will have a Witches Hat for our Ladies and Junior players to take a shot at. If its hit during the round by someone in the women’s or juniors divisions we will pay $100 PER HIT. It will be in play for Pool B on Sunday and Pool A on Saturday.

Raffles:

We will have a SUPER Raffle this year loaded with all kinds of DISC GOLF !!
All players get one raffle ticket a check-in for round 1. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased during the pumpkin carving.

Look for Plenty of CTP prizes.

Payouts:

Pro Divisions will be paid out in cash prizes via PAYPal

Novice and Junior divisions have a reduced entry fee and are playing for Trophy Only.

All remaining Amateur Divisions will be paid out through Skybreed Discs, please register with an email used for other Skybreed Discs vended events to allow vouchers to stack. Payout can be taken on site or online.

Accommodations:

Ace Eagle Disc Golf refund policy. Refunds after Oct. 2nd will follow sect. 4 of the policy. If nobody is in the waitlist you will be refund 50%, unless that spot is filled then we will refund the full amount minus $10 handling fee.
