Abbreviated Tentative Pool Assignments:
Pool A (Open / Adv) - Summit / Dam / Miller
Pool B (Int / 40+) - Dam / Miller / Summit
Pool C (Rec / Jr / 60+) - Miller / Summit / Dam

Pool B (Int / 40+) - Dam / Miller / Summit
Pool C (Rec / Jr / 60+) - Miller / Summit / Dam

No divisions will be required to throw from the drop zones. Any player may choose to take two strokes and then throw from the drop zone if they don’t want to risk losing a disc.

The Dam Course and Summit Course will play the same for all Pools, except Pool A will play Summit 14 long right.

Some of you may already know we have two sets of baskets at JC Miller Course now. We have Pink King Pins at the shorter placements and White Mach 5’s at the longer placements. Pool C will be playing the Pink baskets and Pools A & B will be playing the Whites. We are not planning to bag the baskets that are not in play for each pool, the PDGA does not require it, and the colors are easy to distinguish, even with the common types of colorblindness. Each Amateur shall receive; a custom hot-stamp Streamline “Jet” (assorted colors & weights), a bag of Double G’s Craft Jerky (assorted flavors), and an event-stamped mini knee pad insert from DRYVE disc golf! We will distribute these smorgasbord style at Pool B & C at the check-in. We will have 144 players packs available so if Pools B & C fill, we will not have any extra to sell.

Full disclosure: The PDGA allows the full retail value of player’s packs to be deducted from the payouts. We don’t do that. We only offset the actual wholesale cost of the player’s pack items. This keeps the payouts healthy, and all registration fees go back to the players! Sponsors and donations help us come up with the funds for Pro added cash and all other event costs.
