Allright folks! The course layouts are firming up. Please have a look at the tentative pool assignments on the front page. Some important stuff below:
Abbreviated Tentative Pool Assignments:
Pool A (Open / Adv) - Summit / Dam / Miller
Pool B (Int / 40+) - Dam / Miller / Summit
Pool C (Rec / Jr / 60+) - Miller / Summit / Dam
No divisions will be required to throw from the drop zones. Any player may choose to take two strokes and then throw from the drop zone if they don’t want to risk losing a disc.
The Dam Course and Summit Course will play the same for all Pools, except Pool A will play Summit 14 long right.
Some of you may already know we have two sets of baskets at JC Miller Course now. We have Pink King Pins at the shorter placements and White Mach 5’s at the longer placements. Pool C will be playing the Pink baskets and Pools A & B will be playing the Whites. We are not planning to bag the baskets that are not in play for each pool, the PDGA does not require it, and the colors are easy to distinguish, even with the common types of colorblindness.
