Good call Mike! I posted them and the aces in the Pictures section. Two things to note. One CTP was advanced by a player who thought he had paid in, but hadn't. Nothing I can do about this. CTP goes unpaid. I rounded the ace pot to $1,200 from $1,095 thinking I had 6 paid aces, paid each of them $200 and found out this morning that I had missed a player. I paid him the $200 and changed the ace pot sheet to read $1,400. Congrats on the TWO CTP's! Well done!

James, I have actually sent out a couple emails to everyone playing and on the waitlist indicating the procedure for registration closing. Anyone who hasn’t made it in by that point won’t get in regardless of how many drop during this week. I don’t allow week of entries. I have too many other concerns, course prep at two courses, tee times, cards, staging and distribution of player packs. The list is super long! I feel really bad for everyone who didn’t get in or had to drop because of reasons beyond their control, but at this point I have to focus on the event. Every other event we’ve run all year long, we’ve allowed day or registration. This event is much different.

It’s pretty common practice to lock things in when registration closes. An event as big as this takes time to get everything in place. Cards and tee times and such. As a TD myself I do the same thing typically 72 hours out from the start of the event. And that’s for a smaller b tier

The number updates automatically bumping people higher up the list as the person above them gets in. Right now you’re number 3 on the B pool. If someone in one of the AM divisions drop, the current #1 will be promoted off the waitlist and everyone will move up one spot. You will then be #2 on the waitlist. It’s more like you’re standing in line and you’re 3rd in line. Even though there are 2 lines (A pool and B pool) they are separate and unrelated. As someone in your line is let in everyone moves forward in that line.

Chris Clark it is at the top of the players page, but says pool B & pool C, however the schedule has no Pool C, it has Pool A at Northside on Friday and Pool B at Jonesville on Friday, so it may be causing some confusion.

So - Kathy isn't eligible to play in Fa40. She is rated too high on the newer Pro playing Am chart as I read it. Chris moved me yesterday to keep the division open, but with that, we are back to 2 with one 9 down on the waitlist. I am figuring we will have to go back to Fa1.

Sorry, I turned on all the divisions for the time being, but I didn't update the list of divisions we actually played from last year. They would fall in the same grouping as the MA50, so Long/Short/Short.
