James, I have actually sent out a couple emails to everyone playing and on the waitlist indicating the procedure for registration closing. Anyone who hasn’t made it in by that point won’t get in regardless of how many drop during this week. I don’t allow week of entries. I have too many other concerns, course prep at two courses, tee times, cards, staging and distribution of player packs. The list is super long! I feel really bad for everyone who didn’t get in or had to drop because of reasons beyond their control, but at this point I have to focus on the event. Every other event we’ve run all year long, we’ve allowed day or registration. This event is much different.
