Here is what I just emailed out to the 3 people currently on the waitlist:

If we get any cancellations today or tomorrow morning, or if some players just don’t check in by 11:30am, we will fill their spots from the waitlist.

The main thing is to be there at HQ by 11:30am at the latest; out in the back beer garden area.

Getting there earlier is fine, and who knows, maybe we’ll have several cancellations before then and you’ll all get in; in that case we can get you signed up and check you in earlier. But at 11:30 we will definitely call out for waitlist folks if we have any spots at that point.

You have missed most of the emails that have gone out to players, so please go check either the event FB page OR the Comment section of the DGS registration page and read through all the posts from the club and me over the past couple of weeks; that will fill you in on most (if not all) of what you have missed.

Ice Bowl is full but you can get on the waiting list by registering here on Disc Golf Scene. If we get cancellations before the event or if we have no-shows on Saturday morning, we’ll fill with folks on the waiting list.

However, please do not pick out a player pack item and do not buy any mulligans at this point, if you do we will have to refund you later if you don’t clear the waitlist. You can select those later if you do make it into the event.

You can still make a donation, become a sponsor, join the club or renew your club membership.

(We know the Player Pack Item option name says “Required for Players”, but unfortunately we can’t change that with it messing things up on Disc Golf Scene. We did change the description of the option, we just can’t change the name.)

Player registration begins at 7pm on Friday, Jan. 2nd.

Already available now on this page: sign up as an event sponsor, sign up as a volunteer, make a small donation to the food bank, and join the club (with discounted membership rates) or renew your existing club membership for 2026.

We are trying something NEW at Ice Bowl this year! You will pick out your player pack item when you register online, and if you owe any extra for a long sleeve shirt or dri-fit shirt or a better quality disc you will pay the “upgrade” cost right then.

This will hopefully make the check-in process faster and smoother for everyone on the day of the tournament.

Just like in previous years we will only have limited amounts of each item and it will be first come first choice, but that choice will happen during online registration instead of at the event.

CANCELLATION Policy:

The best way to cancel and request a refund is to use the link in your Disc Golf Scene confirmation email, or do it from your DGS registration record. Though DGS is the best way, you can also call the club @ 512-516-3723 or email [email redacted].

Cancel by Thursday, Jan. 29th at 10:00pm: receive a $17 refund from your entry fee ($5 entry fee balance donated to the food bank), plus a refund of any money paid for Mulligans and/or an upgraded Player Pack Item, if applicable.

Cancel between 10:00pm Thursday, Jan. 29th and 11:30am Saturday Jan. 31st: if we can fill your spot, you will receive a $17 refund from your entry fee ($5 entry fee balance donated to the food bank), plus a refund of any money paid for Mulligans and/or an upgraded Player Pack Item, if applicable; if we can’t fill your spot there is no refund available but you will receive your player pack item.

If you don’t cancel and don’t show up to check-in on Saturday by 11:30am there is no refund available.
