The VMS team is excited to try something new at the regional events in Bendigo and Churchill which should cater to those who prefer to play two rounds when travelling a fair distance and those who prefer to play only one event. We are trying to do this in the most cost-effective way for the players and the series budget. The plan is below.

• We will set up a two round PGDA event, but players only have to play one round if they want to. The will just have a DNF for the round they do not play which has no negative effects on ratings however only those who play both rounds will be able to get the win in the PDGA event which will be separate to the Disc Golf Scene events. We can manipulate the points for the DGS leader boards to be correct for the individual rounds.
• The registration form will give you the option to select which round(s) you are playing, and players can pay the fees for the extra round.
• Players will only be able to register for the afternoon event and then they will manually be added or relocated to the morning event depending on their selection during registration.
• The prizes and CTBs will be dependant on numbers as with all VMS events and more information will be available closer to the event.
• This is an experiment that we believe will work well but may need to tweaking. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

The layout we will be playing is the Udisc Quarry Hill Disc Golf Course
18 Basket Hard - (BLACK).

The tentative schedule is below.

8:00 to 8:30 am player registration. Look for the AMDG banner and let us know you are there.
8:30 am short players meeting to go over the plan for the day and logistics of playing in conjunction with the few groups of ball golfers expected.

9:00 Shotgun start.
~ 11:30 -1:30 Lunch
12:00 – 1:00 PM come try day. If you can help with this please let us know but WWCC will be required for all volunteers.
1PM Short non-mandatory Player’s meeting for anyone with questions.
1:30 Event 2 tee off.
4PM informal presentations at the AMDG Banner.

Australian Masters Disc Golf Inc is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
The Victorian Masters Series Events are low cost low key events designed in part to be a fund raiser for the newly formed Australian Disc Golf associataion and the Aissie Masters.
Therefore our refund policy os going to be rather stringent.
We will offer a full refund, minus fees, up until 2 days prior to the event start. After that, no refunds will be issued but you may be able to transfer your registration to another event in the series.
