About this tournament

Tour de Frolf ‘24 Stop #1
The God’s Country Classic
Rosewood-Dekalb DGC at Redan Park

There is no more appropriate starting line for the inaugural Tour de Frolf than at Rosewood-Dekalb Park; one of Atlanta’s oldest and most storied disc golf venues.

The God’s Country Classic is a two-round, singles format disc golf tournament consisting of 18 holes per round. The layout, which was created with invaluable input from our local course liaisons, will play “medium-ish” for most golfers.

All competitors will be playing from the standard teepads to the standard baskets on each hole.

Baskets were moved into tournament positions on January 1st, 2024.

Our FA divisions will feature four par 4 holes:
Hole 4
Hole 13
Hole 15
Hole 17

Our MA and Professional competitors will be playing all holes as par 3.

As is customary, one hour will be provided for lunch after the last card of the first round is finalized.

The Tour de Frolf will feature PDGA Live Scoring as the official scoring platform for 2024. New this year, the PDGA requires that all competitors maintain a scorecard of some kind. Paper scorecards will be available at tournament central.

Medals will be awarded to the winner in any division with three or more competitors, and to podium finishers in any division with five or more competitors. [NOTE: Late registrations into underpopulated divisions could create a time constraint for medal customization. The Tour de Frolf will make arrangements to deliver your medal to you should the need arise.]
