All divisions will be playing from the red tees
This is a shot gun start
8 to 9:45am check in.
Players meeting 8:50
Tee off 9:30 am
Lunch one hour from round oInes the last card in 12:30 to 1:30
Round 2 flexible depending on lunch timing we will shoot for 2pm
5pm awards ceremony again this depends on speed of play.

About this tournament

This will be a non sanctioned, fun event for Am Master players.
Welcome to a new world in disc golf, masters only events, they are going to pop up all over Ontario, this is my first one, looking forward to offering more in the future.
This course is adjacent to a ball golf course so being non sanctioned the drink cart will be making the rounds.
This will be a 2 round of 18 adventure, shot gun start, depending on registration it could be tee times.
Included with your registration fee is a player pack as well as your greens fee for the course, players packs will be vouchers to buy the disc golf equipment you want or need from the on site vendor. There will be other items added.
The club house offers some great food for lunch as well
Hotdogs - $6
Sausages - $7
Burgers -$8
Turkey/Ham Sandwiches - $6
Snacks (Muffins, Chocolate Bars, Chips, etc) - $2.50-$3
Tournament special: $5 tall boy of Moosehead Raddlers

Refund policy
Melinda myall is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Withdrawal Options
1. Withdraw by Aug 12th for a full refund minus admin/processing fees.
2. Withdrawal between Aug 5th and Aug 12th for a 100% cash refund minus admin/processing fees ONLY if the spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry. If the player’s spot is NOT filled the player will receive the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
3. For any withdrawals after Aug 18th, or players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from the event prior to the published closure of registration and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
