Alrighty! We're less than 36 hours out from the event, and I wanted to just get a few housekeeping things out of the way before the event.

1) Payment for your team is due at check-in, and it must be paid in cash. Since we are paying out an estimated 16 teams (12 Casual teams, 4 Pro teams - if no one drops) PLEASE try and pay in smaller bills if possible. This will help to ensure payouts go as smoothly and fairly as possible.

2) It has come to our attention that Hole 16 is incredibly sloppy already, and will most likely get worse after tomorrow's rain. For this reason, we will be playing to a temp basket that will be set up to the left of the traditional green. (Meaning you will most likely be throwing completely left of the "normal" gap to access the new green to avoid the spring swamp)

3) There are 5 CTP's that will be disbursed during the event. 3 of these will be general (everyone can win them!) but the other two will be division specific (1 CTP for each division respectively). Images will be in the pictures section soon. If you want to buy into the CTP's, the cost is $2 per player!

4) Check-in will be in the pavilion across from Hole 1's basket. This is also where you will turn in your scorecards, as well as where we'll do payouts.

5) We have $75 in the ace fund from last year's events. Including the ace dollars from registrants, the ace pot will be (projected) $151 !

6) We will be playing a single round of 19 holes, including the practice basket. We're trying to pay out this ace fund, baby! You better run 19 at least!

Crack out those hand warmers and wear some layers - Saturday looks a bit cold for this time of the year. We're playing on regardless of what kind of slop comes out way. Just be prepared for some light now, it seems like. You /probably/ won't need ribbons, though!

We are officially full! We are beyond pumped to have this many people out for our event!!

Unfortunately, if you've been keeping up with the weather, this weekend is looking a bit wet and a bit cold. We have every intention of playing Saturday, barring extreme conditions or lightning.

Stay tuned for some updates today/tomorrow including check-in, payment, OB, and CTPs... I'll be posting them on here in the comments, and as well as sending out an email most likely.

If you are trying to sign up for the event, just know that you will be put on a waitlist, but it does not hurt to sign-up since this is cashless! If people drop out before the event, I will squeeze you in and shoot you a message to update you that you'll be playing!

If you need to withdraw for some reason, please do so sooner rather than later. Thank you all!
