Round 2 - Shotgun Start at Assigned Holes. You will play on a card within your division.

WAITLIST INFO
We are now full! Wow! If you are interested in this event please Waitlist yourself using the registration feature. Depending on the size of the waitlist we are looking at ways of expanding the field and/or including some fun "waitlister events" for the day adjacent to the tournament that can hopefully leave you feeling involved in all the fun! And you will still be eligible for prizes!
LAYOUTS
Subject to Change
This information will be provided in the caddy book, which you will receive the week of the event. But it is helpful to know for registration purposes:
Junior Divisions (FJ15 and younger) and FA4 (beginner) will play the PINK layout!!
This will be shorter than the regular red layout at Hermitage. This layout is AWESOME if your distance maxes out at 120', or if you have no idea where the disc is going when you release it, or if you aren't sure if you can manage two whole laps throwing around Hermitage because you're tired after 20 shots. If this is you, we recommend FA4.
FPO and FP40 will play the PRO PURPLE Layout (a mix of red and blue tees)
all other divisions will play the RED Layout
LUNCH
Lunch this year will be provided by female owned and operated Empanaderia Yeg! Please see the "Pictures" section of this disc golf scene page for the full menu. You can make your selection at time of registration!
PLAYER PACKS
This year, the first 35 women to select to upgrade their player pack can purchase the CWE player pack. It includes a custom stamped CWE disc, neck buff, earrings/scrunchie, CWE Bag Tag, cloth tote and more, a $90.00 retail value. limited quantities available
Don't worry, everyone else will receive a great player pack disc. And this year for the first time we are offering an option to select "NO player pack", choose this option if you would like $10 off registration.

Refund policy
Edmonton Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
30 Days or More Prior: Players who officially request to withdraw at least 30 days before the start of the event are entitled to a 100% cash refund of their entry fee.
15 to 29 Days Prior:
◦ If the spot is filled by a player from the waitlist, the withdrawing player receives a 100% cash refund
◦ If the spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% cash refund OR the player’s pack the player would have received (minus the cost of shipping)
14 Days Prior up to 48 hours before start:
◦ If the spot is filled by a player from the waitlist, the withdrawing player receives a 100% cash refund
◦ If the spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% cash refund OR the player’s pack the player would have received (minus the cost of shipping)
Within 48 Hours of the Event: Players who request to withdraw within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund, but may receive their player pack. This includes "day-of" drops or players who fail to check in.
