Good Evening Disc Golfers!

I was out setting up tonight at the course and Ben Svetkoff and Geoff Penton have been out working hard preparing everything... lots of flags out there! Big thanks to them!

Also, couple of notes:

- A-Hole... for the Plaid Jacket Open (PJO) Division, will NOT have ball golf fairways as Haszard on this hole. The hole is hard enough as it is! So, Hole 6, 16 and A-hole... no fairway hazard.
- Also, about the ball-golf fairways for the PJO division, some places are unclear. The pink flags are there as a guide, but the real indicator is the grass cut. When in doubt, just call it safe.
- Hole 16 by the green, there's two areas that are OB. They are flagged and taped.
- If you're in a sand trap anywhere, that's a hazard.
- If you're on the short-grass of a green, that's OB.

- Couple PDGA rules we're skirting... carts are allowed, vaping smoking (away from others) is allowed. And, you can have a Larrimac alcoholic beverage. But, any excess drinking will give you a DNF!
- Tee boxes have been flagged and are ready, tee off between the flags.
- Overflow parking: if there are no empty parking spots, there should be a staff member from Larrimac helping with the parking. If not, come see me or Phil.

What to expect:

- Arrive 15-30-min before your tee time.
- Keep your distance from people (2m rule). You may be comfortable, but not everyone is. If you can't keep your distance, please mask up!
- Register at the main outdoor registration table (Show your Vaccine Proof, get your player's pack)
- Warm-up in the Ettyville SuperSpin Warm-up zone to the left of the Clubhouse.
- Be at the tee box 10-min before your posted tee-times
- One person on the card does digital scores on uDisc, another does pencil and paper backup.
- After your first round, confirm your scores, check-in at the registration desk that we have your scores.
- Have some lunch and be at the tee box 10-min before your Round 2 tee time
- After Round 2, we will gather for the Divisional Award Ceremony
- After Round 2, Plaid Jacket Open division will play a final 6 holes (Bytowne Broker Big Time 6)
- If you're spectating this, no carts and please stay spread out. We're allowed a max of 50 people gathering for this.
- After the BBBT6, We'll present the prizes for the Plaid Jacket Open Division at that time.
- I can’t wait for next year when we can do an award ceremony for everyone all at once!
- Philippe Lachance and Justin will be taking photos when they can… get that huck-face ready!

Logistic Notes:
- If you are the last card in your division for ROUND 2, please bring in the CTPs and LP cards from the course FOR YOUR DIVISION. We will hand out the prizes for this at the Divisional Award Ceremony

Rules:
- NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL
- No cleats
- Any Hazard/OB calls that are close and hard to tell, benefit goes to the player... They are safe.
- On the written scorecards, please write full names
- On the written scorecards, please write the number of throws (not +1/-1 to par)
- OB’s and hazards marked with white and pink flags
- Mark your lie, always
- Holing out: your frisbee needs to be in the basket (not just tapping the chains). No Gimmies.
- Allow for others to play out of turn (closer to the basket) if it helps speed of play
- Use spotters if needed, holes 7, 12, 14 are good holes that could use one.
- If you're late and your group tee's off without you, you'll score Par +4 on each hole you miss.
- All hole by hole rules can be found in the caddy book. When in doubt, always take a provisional.
- PDGA Rules should be followed, when in doubt.

Amenities:
- Call Larrimac before the day of the event to book a cart if you like.
- Larrimac is serving food at lunch time. Be sure to try their excellent lunch and drink their beer.
- Everyone gets a G.O.A.T. and a treat from Sweet B’s Bakery in their Player’s pack.

Good morning everyone!

We have the tee-times posted up on the uDisc website:

Juniors tee off at: 10:20am.  We will give them Paper and Pencil scorecards.

Since we can't do a shotgun start, we have tee times.  It's not ideal with these short days.  Thanks for your understanding.

Additionally, if you already have the uDisc app, you should see it on your home screen of that app.  We will ask the one person from each card to use the uDisc scoring the day-off so that we can have live-scoring (helps since we're not resorting the cards) and it makes showing results and giving awards easier at the end of the day.

We will have the player's meeting sent out to you by noon tomorrow with all the rules and what to expect during the day.
