About this tournament

This is the 7th year of this tournament, but only the third year of hosting Doubles. We also have a first this year in that we are hosting a PDGA C-Tier for the Singles portion of this event on Sunday October 20th so plan to play that if you have always wanted to see what kind of rating your rounds would have on this course..
This golf course is beautifully maintained, with lots of water in play, some dramatic elevation changes, and plenty of trees, and other obstacles to avoid.
Golf carts are not included in the entry fee because there is a possibility that they aren't allowed for extremely wet conditions . . . but we have never had carts not allowed at Camelot. They are for rent for $10 per team for the day and you can pay the golf course after you check-in with me at the registration booth.
All divisions will receive a player pack (of either a custom stamped disc or equivalent in stock product) and lunch included with their entry fee. There will be CTP's contests for all skill levels during the rounds and possibly afterwards through a Ring of Fire if we have extra prizes that get donated. All payouts for all divisions (paying out approximately 33-50% (depending on # of teams) of each division) will be in merchandise vouchers through The Disc Golf Experience. There is no "cash division" in this doubles event due to the high expense of having to "rent" the golf course for the entire weekend. Sunday's C-Tier all Open players are paid out in cash of course.

Up to 7 days prior to the event you will be refunded 100% of your money (minus online fees) ONLY if you email or call the TD by phone or tell him in person.
From 7 days until the Day before the event I will still give you your player package ONLY if you email or call the TD by phone or tell him in person.
The Day Of the event if you notify the TD ONLY BY PHONE before the Player's Meeting, I will still give you your players package.
If you contact me after the Player's Meeting or do not contact me at all you will not given your player package.
Please be respectful of my time and I will gladly offer you the same respect in return.
