About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Welcome ladies!
We are excited to be hosting the CWE (Canadian Women’s Event) this year. Our event will be held at Ferguson Forest Disc Golf Centre in Kemptville, Ontario on Saturday, June 21st.
If you have never played disc golf before, or have just begun throwing, this tournament is still for you! It is about having fun, celebrating women in sport, and playing with other female disc golfers. For juniors and those brand new to the sport, there will be a free Intro to Disc Golf clinic in the morning and one round in the afternoon. The other divisions will play a morning round and an afternoon round. New this year....FA4 will have the choice to play two rounds or just the afternoon round.
For those playing 2 rounds, your round score(s) will be uploaded along with those of other participants from across the country, as well as globally, which may qualify you for a national/international award. For those playing 1 round, ratings will be calculated following the tournament. There will be prizes and trophies at the local level for all ages and skill levels.
Each registered player will receive a player's pack.
THE FIRST 30 AMATEURS REGISTERED ARE GUARANTEED THE CWE PLAYERS PACK, which will feature a premium plastic, custom stamped tournament (Triology) disc, an event mini, a custom pair of Tee Box Sox with the event logo, a custom enamel event pin, and a bag tag with (CWE Event) logo. An alternate player pack will be given to those not receiving the CWE pack.
We hope to make this an experience you won’t forget by providing fun, quality play at all levels, from Beginners to Professionals. No prior experience is necessary! We look forward to seeing plenty of new faces on the course who will be welcomed by more experienced players. Let's grow the sport for women in our area, and enjoy a fun day of disc golfing together!
Please share this event with your friends and family.
As we continue to bring in amazing sponsors, this page will continue to be updated.
