Two rounds of 18 holes at Burnet Woods Disc Golf Course. Layout information to come closer to the event. PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier. Check-in will start at 7:55 am and end at 8:55 am. Round One begins at 9 am. Expect an hour for lunch. Round Two should begin at or before 1 pm assuming all goes to plan. Anticipated ending between 4 pm and 5 pm. No days off at Burnet Woods!
PRIZING AND PAYOUT INFORMATION
-Pro payouts are top 40% of each division in the form of PayPal deposit
-Amateur divisions will receive a Jawbreaker Roach (MSRP $14.99) as well as a prize payout to the top 45% of each division in the form of merchandise vouchers, for a total amateur payout which will meet or exceed $30 per player
-Our trophy ordering deadline has passed. MA3 and MA4 division champions will receive a small commemorative plaque.
-There will be a raffle at the end of the tournament to give away some free discs and other merch. No extra charge, just show up and play and remain on site at the end of the tournament and you’re in!
IMPORTANT NOTES AND NEW RULES FOR 2024
-The Tournament Director MUST strictly enforce the PDGA's new substance use policy including use of alcohol
-All players must keep score for all players on their card. If at any time you become unable to keep an electronic scorecard, contact the Tournament Director for a paper scorecard. Failure to turn in a completed and correct electronic or paper scorecard within 30 minutes of the completion of your round results in a two stroke penalty for the round.
-Please be respectful of the local neighbors and wildlife by not littering
-Pass Through Fees as specified by the PDGA are as follows: $2 PDGA Fee; $2 Tournament Director Fee. All other funds are used for Professional and Amateur payouts.

Refund policy
Per PDGA refunds policy [all requests must be made through DiscGolfScene or directly to the TD’s email]:
-At least 30 days before the start of the event: 100% monetary refund of your entry fee (minus processing fee)
-15 to 29 days before the start of the event: 100% monetary refund of your entry fee (minus processing fee) only if your spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If your spot is not filled, the TD will provide you the player pack you would have received if you had attended (TD will cover shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division, the TD will provide a 50% monetary refund.
-Within 14 days of the start of the event, while registrations are still open: 100% monetary refund (minus processing fee) only if your spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request.
