About this tournament

It's the first tag monthly of 2026! Start the year off right and score yourself a pretty new 2026 tag.
This is a year-long series of twelve unsanctioned rounds. Players will earn points in their chosen division after each round, with bonus points awarded for finishing 1st-5th. At the end of the year, the total points earned in each player's best six rounds will be used to determine the 2026 club champions in each division. Note that you must play a MINIMUM of six events to qualify for the championship.

Ratings-based divisions:
GOLD: Rated 935+
SILVER: Rated 880-934
BRONZE: Rated 825-879
STEEL: Rated up to 824
Women's divisions
DIAMOND: Rated 800+
EMERALD: Rated 725-799
AMETHYST: Rated up to 724
Age-based divisions
PLATINUM: Age 60+
JUNIORS: Age <18
Layout: Howling Gale Pool B Layout (plus 16a) 1WS, 2WR, 3RS, 4RS, 5RS, 6WS, 7RS, 8RS, 9WS, 10WR, 11WS, 12RS, 13WR, 14RS, 15WR, 16A, 16RS, 17WS, 18RS)
The Ace Pot is $500 (all buy ins will go towards the back up Ace Pot).
Optional OB rules are in place for this event. If you throw an errant shot you can play it where it lies, or you can take one penalty stroke and bring this disc back to the cut line where your card agrees you were last "in bounds." You cannot take relief from obstacles in the rough areas that are traditionally OB.
Want to play on the same card with your buddies? That's totally cool but have everyone check-in at the same time (and be prepared to drive to the front side).
As always, free entry for players in the JUNIOR division.
