Prize giving to be held after the tournament co-ordinators have finalised results and held any playoffs required, expected start time for prize giving between 2 and 3pm, expected completion of prize giving around the 5pm mark.

Subject to demand, Disc Events may or may not add additional holes to the course or increase player per card amounts to accommodate demand, this is solely at our discretion.
*Any Divisions with 4 or less players entered into them will be subject to review.
We will have a contingency plan in place for wet holes should the need arise these decisions will be made by Friday the 3rd of April. We encourage you to be familiar with the course layout prior to the event starting and keep up to date with event notifications on our Facebook page.

Refund policy
Disc Events is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
REFUND POLICY
100% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on 3rd March 2026.
50% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on 21st March 2026.
Any withdrawals after 8:01pm 21st March 2026 will not be eligible for any refund unless the space can be filled with the waitlist.
Players may transfer their entry to another person if there is no one on the waitlist.
Waitlist players which do not gain entry to the event will receive their full refund, less dgscene and paypal fees.

All optional "ADD ONS" are non refundable. Should any of the optional add on's be unavailable due to stock restrictions from the supplier then you will be refunded accordingly, colours of some items may be subject to change according to stock availability from supplier.

All Refunds will be processed post event.
