Welcome to the Serendipity of Goddesses: Year of the Scepter; part of the Michigan Women's Series of 2026, stop #3. Presented by Adam and Jess.
Serendipity refers to the fortunate discovery of something valuable or agreeable that you weren't actively seeking, a kind of happy accident or unexpected good fortune. Goddesses, well, represent you! The dedication and representation of women in this sport is why we wanted to give this tournament a meaningful name. You all inspired this event’s name and are very important to us as well as the community!
This is now an extra special event to us and we plan on making our second year even better! Year one we got our feet wet and learned a lot, this year we thrive to improve in some areas!
All divisions, except Junior divisions and 70 and up age protected divisions, will be playing 2 rounds of a modified course setup. Juniors/70 up will be able to decide amongst the division, if they would like to play one or two rounds.
Course Layout is finalized. Below are the hole assignments and they will be in their position this Monday, the 18th.
6, 8, 9,12 Long pin location - We reduced the amount of long holes due to the increase of amount of players!
Remaining holes will be in the Short Pin location and will assist with pace of play for you ladies.
✅️First Round:
FPO-Long Tee to pin location
FPO 40-Long Tee to pin location
FPO 50-Long Tee to pin location
FA1-Long Tee to pin location
The rest of the field will play Short Tee to Pin location, including Juniors.
✅️Second Round:
All players will play from Short Tee pad to pin locations.
????????There will be players packs for all divisions at this event as well as trophies! Player pack a Discraft disc and a birdie bag. Trophies are 100% donated and hand made by Adam Reuss!
✌️There will be CTP/LP divisional and or entire field flags. There will also be 50/50, Ace pool and a pretty sweet raffle that you won't want to miss out on! There will be a caddy throw off, so caddies, get ready to have a little fun, while being there for your player! We will hand pick some sweet gifts for the winners! Raffle tickets will be $1 a piece or 25 for $20.
????????Lunch will be provided for all players. There will be a taco bar again this year. An additional $5.00 fee will be required for caddy lunches.
Snacks and water will also be provided for the players.
???????? There will also be a food drive. If you donate 3 or more non perishable items, you will receive a ticket. Extra goods will be extra good karma. If you bring someone and they have three items, they get a ticket too. What is the ticket for? A separate raffle for a MVP Lite basket, over a hundred dollar value. The raffle will take place at lunchtime. The food will be taken to the Nashville food bank.
????????????We are excited to announce that all amateur payouts will be provided by Great Lakes Disc and will be emailed out shortly after the conclusion of the event. Pro division payouts will be sent out via PayPal within 2 business days of the conclusion of the event.
We hope to see you all there!!????
※※????Marc LaFleur generously paid this in full for the ladies!! $200 green fee used for maintenance and to put in a fund toward a new mower as Hammond Hill is kept up by volunteers.
