EVENT SPONSORSHIP
LEVEL 1- $100- Logo on all players packs shirts and sponsor goodies. Sponsor will recieve a special Cooling performance hoodie on available to staff and sponsors.
LEVEL 2- $150- same as LEVEL 1 + vinyl logo on a basket at Iron Hoof
LEVEL 3- $200- same as LEVEL 2 + metal sponsor tee sign at Iron Hoof or Parkers Pasture
LEVEL 4- $500- same as LEVEL 3 + players pack and banner at 1 course with your logo
LEVEL 5- $750 same as LEVEL 4+ banner at all 3 courses with your logo

PDGA FEES: $5 per player + $100 sanctioning fee divided by number of players

PAYOUT
PRO Divisions: Trophy for 1st place, 100% payout to top 40%.
AM Divisions: True amateur event; player's pack only and trophies to the top 3 in each division.

PLAYER'S PACKS
ALL PLAYER'S PACKS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT IRON HOOF THE DAY PARTICIPANTS PLAY THIS COURSE

Player's packs- 1 tournament stamped disc and 1 tournament dry fit t-shirt.

PROJECTED PAYOUT
Will be posted once registration closes. We will be using the 2024 payout calculator with the MidSteep Pro payout curve.

Newton County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
