2 Rounds. Setup at 7am followed by sign ups, then card organizing.
Projected tee time is being shifted to 9am. Setup will still take place at 7am but we are going to move the tee time up to 9am to allow for a better warm up and preparation for players.
Shotgun start. Red Dragon course unless population dictates need for additional course. In the event we have larger turnout, Talon course will be added to accommodate necessary distancing in accordance w/ state regulations surrounding COVID-19.
All close quartered areas and meetings will require mask (if unable to have proper distancing) so bring a mask if possible, if you do not have one, we will have them available. Hand sanitizer will be available but if possible bring carry size for as needed personal use.
Once on the course, mask is recommended to be on your person and you will be on honor system to wear them when in close proximity of one another. While throwing: all players will yield to the person throwing, giving them ample distance to not require a mask. Please follow this guideline, as it will be unfair for anyone to need a mask on while playing. By tee time, before anyone begins the round, we will conduct brief screening to be sure no one has had exposure to coronavirus direct or indirect. (The typical questions asked, who what where when of the exposure potential)
IMPORTANT: IF YOU FEEL ILL, DO NOT ATTEND. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU ARE DISCOVERED TO BE ILL, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED & DIRECT COMMUNICATION TO PDGA LEADERSHIP WILL BE INITIATED.
Please, just stay home and let us know. We will be understanding and do our best to work something out for you. Use good judgement and be safe, we’re doing this for charity but we also want everyone to be able to leave the pandemic world behind and enjoy what remains of this summer.
