Flex Start Tournament. Groups must have 3 or more on a card and tee off Hole 1 between 9am and 2pm.

About this tournament
1 round of play
This will be a single round flex start event. All competitors must tee off on hole 1 between 9am and 2pm. Cards must have a minimum of 3 competitors to tee off, with a maximum of 5 per card. Competitors will only be allowed to use the three discs provided in the player's pack for the entire round. Prizes will consists of discs provided by MVP (molds may vary).
Divisions have been updated and are as follows along with pad assignments. Feel free to change your division, or we can change it day of when you check in.
MA1- Long Pads
MA2- Long Pads
MA4- Short Pads
FA2- Short Pads
Cash and prize CTP's will be available for each division with people who have selected it. Additional CTP available only to Gainesville Chain Hawk Disc Golf Club members (message me for information on joining).
Ace Pot will be split among all aces for the day. If no aces are hit, there will be a live raffle on the Gainesville Chain Hawks Disc Golf Club Facebook page with the winner receiving half of the Ace Pot. The remaining half will be donated to the Disc Golf Club.
There will be disc/merchandise vendor on scene if you are looking to purchase anything. Will mostly have MVP/Axiom/Streamline and Prodigy discs.
All OB rules will be emailed out to players during the week prior to the event. Baskets will be moved into the correct position beginning the first week of July.

Refund policy
Gainesville Chain Hawks Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
MVP requires the club to order player packs a minimum of five weeks before the event. As such, the following refund policy will be in place.
All refund requests prior to June 9th will be granted a full refund minus PayPal fees.
Any refund requests made after registration closes on June 9th will only be granted if the spot is filled within the five weeks between ordering player packs and tournament day. If your spot is not filled, you can pick up your player pack from tournament central on tournament day. If you are unable to pick it up, you may elect to have it shipped to you, but you are responsible for covering shipping costs.
