    OPTIONAL

    BYOP (Bring your own partner) Doubles event. This is a flex start event, meaning you and your partner may tee off anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. as long as you have another team to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:

    $40/Pro Teams
    $30/Amateur Teams
    $10/Team optional ace pot

    No more than two teams per card. All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next BYOP Doubles if no aces are hit. 21 holes

    9:00am - 6:00pm at Pioneer Park

    Singles PDGA C tier from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. This is a flex start event, meaning you may tee off anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. as long as you have no less than three and no more than four players in a group to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:

    $20 for all divisions
    $10 Non PDGA fee
    $5 optional ace pot

    All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next Singles event if no aces are hit. 21 holes.

    12:00pm - 6:00pm at Pioneer Park

    Early player check-in for the Nac Open will be from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. It is recommended players check-in on Friday if already in town.

    Second round tee times begin 1 1/2 hours after the first round concludes from each pool. 2:00 p.m. is an estimation and is not a guaranteed start for any one pool.

    Any sudden death tiebreakers will begin immediately after the final round on Sunday. The Course Director will advise those involved in a playoff when it will start. All Sudden death playoffs will begin on hole one of the course you began on Sunday unless the course director states otherwise. Awards will be handed out at each course as each division/pool finishes.

    12:00pm - 2:00pm at Pioneer Park

    Great news! We will have a random draw skins match after the final round at Pioneer Park on Sunday. The skins match will consist of the top three open scores (Totals from MPO, MP40, MP50, and MP60 are eligible) from the men, and the top FPO score from the women. Four total players. Each player will draw a raffle ticket to find out who their partner is for all four safari holes. Raffle tickets may be purchased at the Dynamic Discs RV. Each skin is worth $100!!!! A CTP throw off will take place in the event of a push on the last hole.
    Raffle tickets purchased for the skins match are also eligible to be drawn for baskets and other merchandise. All proceeds benefit the Nacogdoches Crushers. 
    NOTICE FOR SKINS MATCHIf the weather does not allow for a skins match, the money raised in the raffle will go directly to the Nacogdoches Crushers Disc Golf Club for course maintenance and other course/club expenses to enhance future events.

This event will be three rounds of shotgun start. Two rounds on Saturday and one round on Sunday. Three courses will be in use. Pool and course assignments are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2022
*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2022 season, it may change for specific events.

Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to quit due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
