We are thrilled to host our 4th CWE event at Newcastle Disc Golf, celebrating Canadian women disc golfers! This event is part of a nation-wide series called the Canadian Women's Event (CWE). CWE's across Canada take place in the months of May and June. The mission of the CWE is to support female athletes, youth and newcomers to the sport.

THE FOCUS OF THIS EVENT IS FUN!!

If you have never played disc golf before, or just began throwing, a tournament might seem like an impossible or intimidating event. However, this event is more about celebrating women's accomplishment in sport, our disc golf journey and getting to meet more female disc golfers than competing.

This is a WOMEN'S only DOUBLES EVENT! Register with a friend! The first round you will PLAY TOGETHER. For the OPTIONAL SECOND ROUND players will play RANDOM DOUBLES. This is a chance to get to know other INCREDIBLE WOMEN IN THIS COMMUNITY. All ages and skill levels welcome.

We will have a few SPIRIT prizes. Depending on the number of registrants, we hope to be able to provide snacks/treat. The extra dollar on each day pass price will go towards prizes/snacks.
