PLAY THE COURSES THE PROS WILL PLAY FOR WORLDS! One of the largest disc golf events in the world is back! The 44th annual Discraft Great Lakes Open returns to Southeast Michigan. This year's event will once again welcome over 600 disc golfers from all over the world. All AM players will play three rounds over three days of competition. All divisions will play a different course each day with tee times. All players will receive a $350 players pack. Top AM players will also receive payout vouchers to be used at the DGLO Pro Shop/shopledgestone.com.

Flex Starts: We plan on having at least two flex starts before the event, one at Toboggan and one at Black Locust in the World Championship Layout! More info coming soon.

Hudson Mills and Kensington Metroparks do require a pass to enter the parks. No additional fees will need to be paid by the players (such as the $3 disc golf fee at Hudson Mills) as those fees are being covered by the event. Annual passes can be purchased at each of these three parks.

Pool A - MA1/MA40
Pool B - MA2/MA50/MA55
Pool C - FA1/MA3/MJ18
Pool D - All others

Course Schedule: Each pool will play one round per day, Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
Pool A - Black Locust Green(Worlds Layout)/Hudson Mills Monster/Toboggan
Pool B - Toboggan/Black Locust Blue/Black Locust Green (Worlds Layout).
Pool C - Black Locust Blue/Toboggan/Hudson Mills Monster
Pool D - Hudson Mills Monster/Black Locust Green(Worlds Layout)/Black Locust Blue

MA1 will play the longs for all three courses. MA40 will play the Longs at Hudson Mills Monster. MA2 will play the longs at Black Locust Blue. All other divisions/rounds will compete on the short layouts at all of their courses.

Check-in: Check-in is required Thursday, August 6th at Kensington Mills Falls (Building by Holden's Mini Golf Course) just outside of Kensington Metropark.

Ledgestone is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Players who did the early registration but have to withdraw will still receive their hole sponsorship or three pack of fundraiser discs. Those items are non refundable as they were a condition for early registration. Those players will receive a refund minus $10 of their entry fee only.

July 7th is the last day to receive a full refund for the event, minus the $10 processing fee. Refund requests between July 8th and July 21st receive a 50% refund unless the spot is immediately filled from someone on the current waitlist.

Players requesting a refund between July 22nd and August 4th at 6PM eastern time will receive a 25% refund, unless the event spot is filled from the waitlist.

Players requesting a refund after August 4th at 6PM eastern time, which is the published time for the close of registration, or players who do not check in, will not receive a refund or their players pack.

Discs purchased through registration are non refundable and will be shipped after the event if a player drops. Upgrade fees are non refundable, due to the fact that those items had to be pre-purchased based on player choices.
