Trophies
• 1st place trophies awarded in all divisions.
• 2nd/3rd place trophies will be made for divisions with 13+ players (determined two weeks prior to event)
• First place ties result in sudden death playoff, played indefinitely until tie is resolved.
• 2nd/3rd place trophy ties result in sudden death playoff. If playoff reaches 3rd hole, CTP will determine trophy winner.

• Trophy only, no AM payout
• PDGA Live will be used for scoring
• $5 CTP paid out via Olympus Pro Shop Credit
• $5 Ace fund paid out via PayPal (random 3 winner raffle if no aces)
• Olympus members will receive greens fee back in shop credit upon request

• T-shirt orders placed after 2/19 not guaranteed to be fulfilled. Player's pack value equivalent will be provided and all packs subject to change.

Refund policy

Olympus DGC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. The PDGA Refunds protocol will be followed for this event.
Refund within 14 days of event can choose 25% monetary refund, or just receive their player's pack.
