2-Round C-Tier at the beautiful Glades at Meshach Run in Garrett County, Maryland, near Deep Creek Lake. Players' packs will include the 2025 offering of the MVP Circuit Series discs. Winners will receive a certificate from the Fairmont Flyers Disc Golf Club, which will have their store on-site. We are seeking sponsorships to increase the added merchandise for this AM-only event. Western Maryland Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations and will abide by the guidelines in the PDGA Refund Policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103. All refunds are subject to a $10 handling fee.

30 Days Before the Event (May 28, 2025) - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.

15 to 29 Days Before the Event (May 29, 2025 - June 13, 2025) - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.

2 to 14 Days Before the Event (June 14, 2025 - June 26, 2025) - Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.

48 Hours Before the Event - Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. Players will receive a full refund (minus $10 handling fee) if their spot is filled from the waitlist.
