Player meeting 8:30 am
1st round tee time 09:00 am
1-hour lunch break after the first round
2nd round tee time will start at approximately 1:30 pm (this will be updated during the tournament based on when the first round is completed.
Award ceremony 4:30 pm

Players pack for amateurs will include:
600M Range Finder (displays in feet, yards + meters)

Total value - $180+
A cap of 70 players has been set to ensure that all amateurs receive a player's pack.

Optional $5 ace fund - MUST be registered for at the time of tournament registration - This cannot be registered for the day of the event.
Players will throw off for this money if it is not hit during the tournament

We have blocked off 4 tent sites and 5 RV sites at Lake Cunningham for those interested in camping on sight for the event.
Each tent site allows two (2) tents.
Each RV site will allow one (1) tent in addition to a RV/Pop-up camper
This is a temporary hold- YOU WILL BE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER FOR CAMPING SITE WITH LAKE CUNNINGHAM CAMPGROUND DIRECTOR
MUST HAVE AN RV/CAMPER/POP-UP TO RESERVE RV SITES.
Each RV site is allowed one (1) tent IN ADDITION to the RV/ camping unit

Refund policy
PDGA cancel policy strictly enforced - including $10 fee
Cancellations made from July 19 through August 18, 2023 will receive a 100% monetary refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if a player on the waitlist fills the canceled spot at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event before the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
