The Gainesville Chain Hawks Disc Golf Club is proud to present the 9th Annual Chain Hawk Open! Join us for three days of sanctioned play at the Northside and Jonesville disc golf courses in Gainesville, Florida. Field size will consist of 224 players across amateur and pro divisions. Player packs will be given for all amateur divisions.

Due to COVID measures implemented by the PDGA and Alachua County, this event will differ significantly over past years.
Update No amateur payouts. Total player pack value will be a minimum of 250% of the player's entry fee and include merchandise and a voucher.
All Cash CTPs, Ace Funds, Pro Payouts, etc will be handled through PayPal within 48 hours of the last card of the event completing. Please contact the TD prior to the end of the event if other arrangements must be made.
All three rounds will be tee times.
Free prize CTPs for all divisions the first day. Optional Cash CTP's for all paid entrants the last two days.
Although we will not be providing lunch at this event, we are trying to sort out a way to safely and efficiently provide grab and go snacks.
We will be using PDGA electronic score cards only. No paper score cards will be available.
Warmups at each course will be prohibited. We are working with the local parks and recreation departments to find nearby alternate places to warm up. This information will be included in the player's handbook sent out electronically prior to the event.
Players will be not be allowed on the course until 10 minutes prior to tee off.
Players will be divided into pools. Pool A will play Friday and Saturday at Jonesville followed by Northside on Sunday. Pool C will play Friday and Saturday at Northside followed by Jonesville on Sunday.
Baskets at both courses will be changed after Friday's round and remain in that position through the completion of the event.
Divisions must have a minimum of three players. Prior to the event, players in divisions with less than three players will be asked to move up and pay any additional fees as necessary.
