This will be the fourth year we will be having a memorial for our fallen friend, Cody SMASH Moore. Last years event was huge and we anticipate this year to be the same if not better! Please register ASAP.
-2 rounds of 18
-CTP's and Long Putt's
-Ace Pool and 50/50 will be available for $1 each
-Mulligans for first round (No Juniors) will be available for $2 each, max 5.
Any Tie will result in a CTP Playoff on hole 1.
Open Payout= 100% Cash (No Player Pack)
AM Payout= Top (45%) Payout in ANNE HYZER store credit (on site)

-Custom Stamped Disc
-Custom Towel
Lunch will be exactly 1 hour from when the last card is turned in from the first round. Lunch provided will be Hot Dogs, Beans, Chips, Cake, and Water and will be free with entry.
