About this tournament

The 40th annual Minnesota State Championship will take place Cedar Creek Park in Fairmont, MN. For those not familiar with Cedar Creek, it is home to three 18-hole courses. This year's format will include two rounds on Saturday for all participants - one on Cedar Creek East and one on Cedar Creek West. Pools will be split between the two courses and switch after the lunch break.

For something a little new this year, there will be a cut. Only the top 40% of pro fields and top 45% of AM fields will make it to Sunday's final round. That round will be played on Cedar Creek Central. Making the cut means you made the payouts!

The last part is very important! We understand that for those traveling together to a two-day event, it might be a bummer to not make the cut. So there will be a separate one-round C-tier event on Sunday that you can choose to play if you wish. This will be a completely separate event with its own payouts. Players competing in the Minnesota State Championships will have the first chance to sign up for this after their round on Saturday, and after that it will open up to anyone who wants to play. All information about this event will be posted at the event, as well as here on Disc Golf Scene.

Refund policy

Withdrawals and Refunds will follow the policies outlined in the PDGA Competition Manual, found at https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

The $5 waitlist fee is non-refundable. If you were charged full price but ended up on the waitlist because of the speed in which the tournament filled, you will be refunded the difference until a spot becomes available.
