The Cackleberry Pie Classic is back for year 3 at the beautiful Lions Club DGC in Mena Arkansas! This event is an annual favorite and we are excited to have you all visiting Mena again this year! This event is a 2 round PDGA sanctioned B/C-Tier.

$500 Long Drive Contest!

Long Drive is open for anyone to play and will take place after the final round. Players get 5 attempts. Discs must stay within the marked lines. Distance is measured from where the disc first touches the ground. The winner will get $300 and the next 4 will get $50 each.


Lion's Club DGC
This course is built on an old stick golf course but has such variety that it is not simply a bomber course. The course will have using a variety of discs to display a full arsenal of shot creativity. The towering pines will have you in awe! With the recent clearing at the Lions Club for a stick golf driving range, a few of the holes are changed. Tee and pin locations remain the same throughout but the trees are gone on holes 7-9. We will likely play an alternate tee location for hole 9 and expect the course to be redesigned for the 4th Annual Cackle.

Division Caps & Registration
Division caps will be set in multiples of 5 once the field reaches 72 registered players. we will expand the field to an official cap of 90 players once we reach 72. Divisions that do not have at least 3 registered players at that time will be removed and players will be asked to join a different division.

Once division caps are set they will not be changed. If the event shows full at 72/72 players then register for the waitlist and you will get in!!! Once we reach 90 players then waitlisted players are not guaranteed to get in.

Pools & Course Layouts
The yellow layout will be in play except holes 1-4-7-17. OB lines will be added separating holes 1 & 10, 2 & 18, and along the tall grass line on 13. Hole 8 will be an island.

Player's Meeting: 9:00 AM
Round 1 Tee: 9:30 AM
Round 2 Tee: 1.25 Hours after Round 1 ends


Awards and Payouts
There will be a minimum of $1000 added to the pro purse for this event.

Payout will be awarded to the top 45% of each division using the PDGA payout scale. Pro divisions will be paid in cash or digitally after the event. Amateur players will win a merchandise credit to The on-site Disc Golf Dojo proshop.

Payout will be available and published to Disc Golf Scene once all players have completed their rounds. Payout can be redeemed the day of the event or at any future Disc Golf Dojo event. Follow us on Disc Golf Scene and get notified where we are each weekend.

Am payout will expire 2 years after it is awarded. Credit awarded at this event is valid through September 6th, 2027.

Trophies will be awarded to the first place finisher in divisions with 3 or more registered players.
