Player Meeting - Will only be needed if I have last minute changes and cannot expplain them all during the checkin process.
9:00am - 12:15pm
Round 1 - There will be a 2 minute horn blast (2 blasts) followed by 1 long blast to signify the start of the round,.
12:15pm - 1:45pm
Approximate Lunch Break - Will adjust based on final group finishing their round. Will be 1 hour from the last group turning in their scorecard. DO NOT FORGET to have your cardmates sign off on the scores before submitting but before you leave the property.
1:45pm - 5:00pm

About this tournament

MPO, MP40 and MA1 will be playing two rounds from the Long Tees.
MP50+, MP 60+, MP65+ and MA40+ MA50+(if there is a division) will be playing First Round Long Tees, Second Round Short Tees. MA60+ (will play 2 rounds of short tees)
Amateur Player Pack will be a voucher good for a specific dollar amount towards any of my stock merchandise. Payouts will be whatever money is left after player pack value and pass along fees (PDGA, WI Tour, Course fees, etc). The only way to get a custom print with this years Zobel Open graphic will be to add on a t shirt or custom disc.

Refund policy

You will receive:
100% of your ENTRY FEE (minus online fees) AND any ADD-ON COSTS (T-shirts, etc) if you withdraw prior to April 16th (or 17th for Sundays players). Sponsorships will not be refunded as decisions of where that money is spent have already been made.
100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY (minus online fees) if you withdraw between April 16th and May 2nd (April 17th and May 3rd for Sunday players) ONLY if your spot is filled by another registrant or someone on the waitlist. If your spot is not filled by another player you will still be eligible to receive your player pack (if picked up in person or if you pay for shipping). All Add-ons can be claimed with your player package. Any sponsorship will also not be refunded as I make event decisions based on sponsorship well in advance
No refund will be give to anyone withdrawing after May 2nd (May 3rd for Sunday players) unless your spot is claimed by someone on the wait-list. If that spot is claimed you will receive 100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY (minus online fees). Add-ons will not be refunded after this deadline. If your spot is not claimed the Add-ons can be claimed with your player package at the tournament or at my store. Any sponsorship will also not be refunded as I make event decisions based on sponsorship well in advance.
Anyone requesting to withdraw inside of 48 hours (May 14th for Saturday players (May 15th for Sunday players) prior to the event will forfeit their player package and not receive a refund.
If you register for the wait-list, you will be automatically added to the registration list and alerted via email through Disc Golf Scene when a spot opens up. Anyone on the waitlist that gets a spot will be expected to be at the event UNLESS they alert the TD prior to being moved from the waitlist to the registration list that they are unable to attend. If you need a specific amount of notice to be able to make arrangements, you must alert the TD to that deadline in advance otherwise it is assumed you will be at the event if given a spot. Anyone on the waitlist that does not get into the event will be issued a full refund (minus online fees).
