Please plan to arrive on the property no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your tee-time but there will be a brief check-in period 10 minutes prior to your tee-time that I expect every player to be there for any last minute details. I will call out tee times and names when you should come over to the registration area. We are setup with PDGA Live scoring (Code is the tourney date 522) so please be prepared with a device. I will also have up to 2 paper cards per group in case noone has a usable phone or in case of technology failure. Remember 2 scores must be kept and PDGA Live will be the preferred official scorecard if used. I will be sending out an email with all of the player meeting notes, thank yous, sponsor announcements, etc later today so please be on the lookout for that.
